The short version: Maticus Consulting collects only what you type into a form, uses it to do the thing you asked for, and never sells it. The longer version is below.
Effective June 10, 2026
What we collect, and when
Nothing is collected behind your back. Every piece of information we hold arrived because you typed it into one of these forms:
- The newsletter signup — your email address and which form on the site you used.
- The free diagnostic — your email, your business name if you choose to share it, and your six answers. We score the answers, email you the result, and keep the result with your contact record so a follow-up conversation starts informed.
- The Discovery Call request and the engagement qualifier — your name, email, business name, role, and the answers you give about budget, revenue, team size, and what is not working. These arrive in our inbox and are kept with your contact record.
- Browsing the site — standard server logs from our hosting provider: IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts.
Where it goes
Two service providers touch your information, and only to do their jobs. Resend delivers our email and stores the contact list. Scheduling runs through Calendly, under Calendly’s own privacy policy. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone else.
About the mailing list
Any form on this site that takes your email adds you to the practice’s contact list, which is where The Operator’s Note — the monthly newsletter — goes out. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing actually works the first time.
Your choices
Want to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email mat@maticusmedia360.com and I will handle it personally — usually within a few business days, and without a runaround.
Children
This site is written for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date. We will not quietly expand what we collect.
