KC Custom Homes · lead generation & CRM build

268 verified leads in one year. Over $250M in potential pipeline.

Problem

KC Custom Homes was getting traffic but not conversations. Inquiries, qualification, customer outreach, internal handoffs, task assignment, and meeting notes all lived in different tools — or in people's heads. Every handoff was a place for a lead to stall, and in a market where a single client represents close to $1M in project value, every stalled lead is a real cost.

Solution

We built KC a full lead generation and CRM stack from the ground up: the Dream Home Generator lead magnet, a restructured online presence engineered for search, an automated qualifier that scores every inquiry, customer outreach sequences that run on their own, Google Business Profile working as an active lead channel, and meeting-notes workflows that file themselves. Every step that used to require a manual handoff now triggers the next one automatically.

Mat built us a lead generation system that changed how we think about our digital presence. Before working with him, we were getting traffic but not conversations. In one year we saw 268 new contacts come through — in a market where a single client represents close to a million dollars in project value. He thinks like an operator, not just a marketer.

Psychealth & Full Spectrum Partners · multi-brand operations build

Three sites, two brands, one connected patient-care system.

Problem

Two related practices led by CEO Nicole Wyszynski needed independent brands and a custom daycare experience for parents — but their inquiries, qualification, and routing all had to feed into one back office. Patients waited on staff to manually triage them to the right provider, and the parent-facing side had no software at all.

Solution

We built three integrated websites, a CRM that connects both brands, internal notifications that fire the moment a qualified patient comes through, and a chatbot that handles patient Q&A and routes each inquiry to the correct internal team member. For parents, we built custom daycare software from scratch so they can see what they need without a phone call.

Blue Jug of New Braunfels · custom Command Center on the Muada framework

A dozen platforms collapsed into one branded Command Center.

Problem

Blue Jug was running its business across a dozen separate tools — social posting on each network individually, Google Business Profile in one tab, Analytics in another, website edits that required a developer, sales and vending-machine revenue scattered across dashboards, and a newsletter tool that lived nowhere near the customer list. Every operations task meant logging into a different platform.

Solution

We built Blue Jug a Command Center — a custom-branded operations platform that consolidates everything the business runs on into one interface. Multi-platform social publishing, Google Business Profile management, Analytics, owner-controlled website editing, real-time store and vending revenue, and a newsletter tool with built-in CRM all live behind a single login. Built on Muada — the proprietary framework that powers every client platform — so Blue Jug got a build that is faster, more consistent, and more extensible than a one-off agency could ship, and they own the result.

Before Mat built our Command Center, running the digital side of Blue Jug meant logging into a half-dozen different tools just to get through a normal week. Mat pulled everything into one place that actually works the way our business works. We're not tech people, and we didn't need to be. The system is ours, it's simple to use, and it gave us back time we didn't even realize we were losing.

Enterprise Coaching Platform · membership and live learning build

A custom platform where off-the-shelf software kept falling short.

Problem

A national coaching organization running high-ticket masterminds had outgrown every off-the-shelf platform they evaluated. Their model required structured live meetings with performance tracking, a curriculum that gated progression by completion, a revenue-generating marketplace for vendors within their community, and a branded AI presence that could engage members directly. No existing product handled more than two of those requirements. The ones that came closest locked the organization into multi-year contracts with no customization rights and no path to own what they were paying for.

The System Built

We designed and built a fully custom membership and live learning platform from the ground up on the Muada framework. Every feature was purpose-built around how the organization actually operates — not adapted from a generic template.

Live Meeting Rooms
Integrated real-time video conferencing built directly into the platform, purpose-built for structured mastermind sessions with performance visibility across participants.
Academy Curriculum Mode
A sequential learning environment with quiz-based progression gating, a distinct visual experience that signals to members they are in a focused learning context, and pause and resume functionality that respects how adults actually learn.
Vendor Marketplace
A revenue-generating directory where vetted vendors can list services to the membership community, creating a self-funding mechanism within the platform itself.
Branded AI Coaching Assistant
A custom AI persona trained on the organization's voice and methodology, available to members in standard mode for general guidance and shifting to a focused study companion role inside Curriculum Mode.
Membership and User Agreement System
A complete onboarding and access control layer that manages member agreements, permissions, and account lifecycle without manual administration.
Connection-Gated Direct Messaging
Members must mutually opt in before direct messaging opens, a privacy-first design built for a professional community rather than a social feed.
The Stack

React 19, TypeScript, Supabase, Cloudflare Pages, LiveKit. Built on Muada — the proprietary framework that powers every client platform. The organization owns the platform outright. No subscription to someone else's tool, no license that disappears when the engagement ends.

What This Demonstrates

Off-the-shelf platforms are built for the average coaching business. This platform was built for one organization's specific model — which meant it could do things no template product offers: a marketplace that generates revenue inside the membership, an AI persona that adapts its behavior by context, and curriculum gating designed around how their methodology actually works. When a business's operations are complex enough that generic software keeps falling short, a purpose-built system is not a luxury. It is the only option that actually fits.

Implement to Impact · Capability Clarity product build

An AI product that maps what climbing to the next level actually takes.

Problem

Inside most companies, “what does it take to get promoted?” has no documented answer. Job descriptions describe the role someone already holds — not what growing into the next one requires — so the real answer lives in managers' heads and varies depending on who you ask. Implement to Impact, an HR consulting firm, wanted that analysis turned into software.

Solution

We built Capability Clarity — custom HR software whose AI engine analyzes a job description and the skillset behind it, then generates a projection map for corporate position climbing: every skill the role requires, organized across hard skills, soft skills, and tools and tactics, with each skill defined at four proficiency levels from Emerging to Elevated. An employee can see exactly what the next level looks like; the firm delivers it as a polished, client-ready document. Around the engine we built the operation — automated intake, payments reconciled through QuickBooks, and an admin dashboard with full control over every client and every map.

Heavy Equipment TransportCase 06 / 06
Web & SearchAutomation

Hauln' Heavy · transport estimator & website build

Quotes that used to start with a phone call now finish without one.

Problem

Pricing heavy-equipment transport depends on specifics: dimensions, weight, hazmat placards, wheel configurations, whether the load is hauled, towed, or driven. Every quote meant a phone call, a list of questions, and manual math — so every quote waited on someone's availability, and inquiries that came in after hours waited until morning.

Solution

We built Hauln' Heavy a website with an estimator that does the quoting itself. A prospect walks through five steps — load category, equipment or freight details with full dimensions and weight, pickup and delivery locations with address autocomplete, scheduling, and special requirements with photo upload — and the pricing engine applies the same logic a dispatcher would: base mileage rate, weight and oversize surcharges, hazmat fees, and special-handling costs for towed or driven transport. The estimate arrives priced, itemized, and delivered by email, and the whole tool is built to embed anywhere.
