Legal
Terms of use.
Plain-language terms for using this site. Consulting work is governed by its own signed agreement — this page covers the website itself.
Effective June 10, 2026
What this site is for
maticusconsulting.com describes how Maticus Consulting works and what an engagement looks like. The content here — including the blog essays and the free diagnostic — is general guidance drawn from patterns seen in real engagements. It is not advice tailored to your business, and reading it does not create a consulting engagement between us.
Engagements are scoped in writing
The prices on this site are real ranges, not quotes. Every engagement runs on a written proposal that sets the scope, price, and timeline for your specific situation, and if anything on this site ever disagrees with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Case studies and results
The numbers in our case studies are real and documented for those clients. They are evidence of how we work, not a promise of what your business will see — your results depend on your operation, your market, and the work we agree to do.
Using the forms
The diagnostic, qualifier, and booking forms exist so business owners can start a real conversation. Give accurate information, and do not use them for spam, scraping, or automated submissions.
Content ownership
The writing, design, and imagery on this site belong to Maticus Consulting. Quote it with credit and a link — that is always welcome — but do not republish pages wholesale without permission.
Third-party services
Call scheduling runs through Calendly under its own terms. Where the site links out to services we do not operate, those services are responsible for themselves.
No warranties, plainly
We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but the site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Maticus Consulting is not liable for losses that come from relying on site content alone — the whole point of an engagement is that real recommendations come with real context.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Comal County, Texas.
