Service Area

Based in New Braunfels. Working across San Antonio and the Hill Country.

Maticus Consulting builds operations and automation systems from New Braunfels, Texas — thirty minutes from downtown San Antonio, under an hour from Austin. Discovery happens on-site when seeing the work changes the diagnosis. The build runs remote either way, and the finished system is yours.

Where We Work

The towns the practice serves in person.

Operations consulting, efficiency audits, and custom systems builds for small and mid-sized businesses across the San Antonio metro and the surrounding Hill Country.

Area 01

New Braunfels & Comal County

New Braunfels, Gruene, Garden Ridge, Bulverde, Spring Branch, and Canyon Lake. Home base — the practice is headquartered here, and Blue Jug's Command Center runs a few minutes from my desk.
Area 02

San Antonio & the Inner Loop

San Antonio proper, plus Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Olmos Park, Shavano Park, Hill Country Village, and Hollywood Park — and the owner-run firms out toward Stone Oak and The Dominion.
Area 03

Boerne & the Hill Country

Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, and Helotes. Established businesses with deep client rosters, full calendars, and operations still held together by hand.
Area 04

The I-35 Corridor

Seguin, Schertz, Cibolo, and San Marcos. Growing fast, hiring fast, and feeling the drag of tools that were never connected to each other.
On-Site & Remote

Close enough to walk the floor.

Operational problems rarely show up in a screen share. A morning on your floor — watching how a lead becomes a job and how a job becomes an invoice — usually tells me more than a week of email. Within the service area, Discovery Calls and Efficiency Audit walkthroughs happen in person whenever seeing the work changes what gets built.

The build itself runs remote. Systems are deployed, documented, and handed over the same way whether your office is in Alamo Heights or out of state — the practice serves clients nationwide, and the towns above simply get the short drive.

Most engagements here come from construction, retail, hospitality, health and wellness, and professional services — the businesses this part of Texas is built on.

If you can drive to it, so can I.
